86! That is amazing! I am inspired to no end, this woman decided she didn't want to have to depend on anyone else, so she really went for it! It's definite proof that aging means you can't do stuff anymore is a myth! I can't believe she started training in her 70's and still trains to this day, that's awesome!

Wow, and did you notice, she says she was never very athletic when younger and only started lifting at the age of 72!

I've read about her in several different places. She's pretty awesome! And she did it all for her pet cat. See? Sometime it IS the little things that inspire us for our health.

This is a shining example of how someone can turn their life around.

Not only is she fit, but she's traveling the world.

Sure, nothing is noted about her being obese, but she was weak and out of shape.

I think everyone could find inspiration from this!
